Postdoctoral research fellow, co-PI & part of the leaderhip group, ERC OPIOIDREWARD study, Naltrexone study, Surgery study.
My background is in cognitive psychology (BA) and neuroscience (MA) with a specialization in judgement and decision making and reward processes. I have been part of L.A.B. lab since 2010, with Siri Leknes as mentor throughout my Master and PhD projects.
The focus of my research is the neurochemistry of human reward processes and value-based decision making. Throughout my PhD I have been working on projects designed to investigate the role of the µ-opioid receptor system for reward experience and behavior in healthy humans as well as in patients in medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence.
